The majestic Catherine’s Palace and Park was one of the most beautiful summer residences of the Russian Tzar’s family. It was originally built for Catherine I as her “palace of 16 chambers”. The grounds were presented to her as a wedding gift by her beloved husband Peter. Later the palace was redesigned for her daughter Elisabeth in luxurious baroque.

You will walk through the majestic gallery of the state halls where balls, receptions and gala dinners took place. The Gala halls are luxurious and opulent.

With our guide the Palace will get alive with its mysterious stories, intrigues and plots.

The tour includes a visit to the famous Amber Room – “the Eighth Wonder of the World”. You will be able to see and enjoy this unique masterpiece.

After the Palace tour you will walk with your guide in the beautiful Catherine’s park.
